Similarly, Ryan Baum, an independent SaaS growth consultant, has incorporated AI into his daily workflow as a means to challenge his biases and improve his idea generation process. By employing an AI prompt called the “Devil’s Auditor,” Baum is able to scrutinize his ideas and push them to new heights, ultimately leading to more innovative solutions for his clients.
Furthermore, Sierra Dowd, Founder and Principal Strategist at else&ever, has integrated AI into her process of creating on-brand presentations. By utilizing AI code scripts to automatically generate Canva slide decks, Dowd has significantly reduced the time spent on design work, allowing her to focus on the quality and narrative of her presentations.
In addition to improving workflow efficiency, AI is also being used as a coaching tool for professional development. Andrea Bonaiuto, head of product marketing at ATPCO, has implemented AI coaching tools to help her team prepare for stakeholder meetings and 1:1 conversations. By utilizing AI “coaches” powered by language models, Bonaiuto is able to scale coaching and critical thinking within her team, ensuring that they are well-prepared for important discussions and decisions.
